You don’t have to go through motherhood alone.

At Life After Birth, we know how intense being a mom can be, and we are firm believers that when we feel heard, validated, and supported, we are more able to tackle the challenges that early parenthood brings.
In our groups, we talk about the range of parenting emotions, from elation, love, and joy to anxiety, fear, loneliness, and exhaustion. We provide a welcoming environment and embrace every mother as she is and without judgment. We invite you to join us as we explore the realities of life with a new baby, including relationship changes, loss of freedom, self-care, coping with lack of sleep, mom guilt, and more.
Our group is open to pregnant and postpartum women with children up to one year old, and we encourage partners to attend as well. You are welcome to bring your infant with you, but please know that we currently do not offer onsite childcare for older children.
At Life After Birth, we embrace the idea that there is beauty in the struggle. Just like broken Japanese bowls that have been repaired with gold, we see and celebrate the strength and beauty that is reflected through the trials of each mother.
